We act on a straightforward, uncontested divorce for a fixed fee, from your first meeting through to the final order that ends the marriage. You will deal with a real person here in Morecambe or Milnthorpe who explains each step in plain English.
Our cost from the first meeting through to the final order is £400 plus VAT, plus the court fee. The total cost to you will be:

What the fixed fee does not cover
- A replacement marriage certificate
- Advice about property, finances, children or domestic abuse
- Anything that arises if the application has to be amended after it is issued, or the divorce turns out to be more complicated than a standard uncontested case
- Divorces where one or both of you live abroad, or an overseas divorce
- Enquiry agent fees
- Pursuing or enforcing an order for costs
